Meet Dr. Luquanda Hawkins
Founder & Visionary of ADVANCE
Dr. Luquanda N. Hawkins is a transformational leader, visionary strategist, educator, author, and licensed Evangelist Missionary with more than 34 years of experience across education, ministry, leadership, and personal development. Her work is rooted in one powerful belief: when people discover their voice, embrace their purpose, and align with who God has called them to be, transformation becomes possible.
As the visionary founder of ADVANCE, Dr. Hawkins created a space where women and youth can grow in faith, healing, leadership, purpose, and personal empowerment. Through dynamic teaching, meaningful connection, and intentional experiences, ADVANCE encourages participants to move beyond where they have been and boldly step into what is next.
Dr. Hawkins also serves as Principal of Betty Gibbel Regional Learning Center and is the founder of Let Them Speak!, an initiative dedicated to empowering young people and giving voice to the unheard. She is an accomplished author whose work explores belief, healing, identity, productivity, and purposeful living.
At the heart of everything she does is a simple mission: to cultivate excellence, inspire transformation, and help others discover their voice, their purpose, and their place in God’s divine order.
